I am a dedicated Occupational Therapist licensed in Israel, with training and certification from the United States. With nearly a decade of clinical experience, I specialize in supporting children and adolescents aged 0–21 navigating a diverse range of needs, including genetic disorders, cerebral palsy, autism, visual impairments, and sensory processing challenges.

My practice is rooted in a holistic, child-centered approach. Whether in the home, the classroom, or early intervention settings, I focus on empowering children to reach their highest potential for independence. From mastering essential self-care milestones—like feeding, dressing, and hygiene—to developing the fine motor skills, sensory regulation, hand strength, and bilateral coordination necessary for pre-writing and play, I provide targeted, evidence-based therapy. I work in English and Hebrew, in individual or group sessions. 

Hi, I’m Eliana Shkedy, MS, RDN, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed in both the United States and Israel. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University, my Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, and completed my dietetic training at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and families with a wide range of nutrition and medical needs. Before making aliyah, I worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where I supported both pediatric and adult patients through cancer treatment and recovery.

I specialize in pediatric, teen, young adult, and family nutrition, as well as nutrition during cancer care. I work with families managing GI issues, food allergies and sensitivities, picky eating and ARFID, feeding challenges, disordered eating, and nutrition throughout pregnancy and postpartum. I also love helping families create healthy, positive mealtime routines.

I’m passionate about teaching simple, practical nutrition habits that fit into real life and can truly last long term. I also work closely with gap year students (yeshiva and seminary), helping them feel more confident navigating food and nutrition while living away from home.

Harriet Schlacht is a US and Israeli licensed speech therapist trained in Los Angeles (CSUN). She has significant experience in the field. She combines a deep understanding of psychology and communication disorders to offer holistic, client-centered care. Her approach is flexible and dynamic, ensuring each client feels heard and supported and is able to improve their communication skills and by extension their life skills and enjoyment of life. 

Her specialties include: Communication/Language delay due to autism and developmental disabilities, (1.6-4 yrs.), articulation (all ages), Voice (all ages) and language and literacy support (elementary and high school ages). She is trained in PROMPT (a sensory approach to motor speech sound disorders), as well as PEERS (an evidence based program from UCLA for teens with social skill challenges), and lastly, parent coaching, support, and guidance on managing executive functioning challenges for neurodiverse children and enhancing communication environment within the family (all ages).
