Meira Jacobowitz (OT)
Meira is a licensed Occupational Therapist and graduate of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (B.OT), with over 10 years of clinical experience in hospital-based rehabilitation. She has worked extensively in inpatient settings focusing on adult and geriatric rehabilitation. In addition, she treats patients of all ages in chronic care, from pediatric to geriatric, with a wide range of complex diagnoses and functional abilities. Meira has completed a range of advanced professional training, including certification in the Bobath approach for neurological rehabilitation.
Alongside her hospital work, Meira provides personalized home-based occupational therapy services.

Neurological Rehabilitation: Recovery and management for stroke (CVA), traumatic brain injury (TBI), Parkinson’s, and dementia.
Orthopedic Rehabilitation: Recovery and support for fractures, hip and knee replacements, and post-surgical care.
Deconditioning & Age-Related Decline: Recovery following illness, injury, surgery, or hospitalization.
Medically Complex Conditions & Special Needs: Management and quality of life enhancement for babies, children and adults with complex needs, specializing in those who require respiratory support.
