My name is Faigy Reiter, a licensed Occupational Therapist working with children since 2014.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Haifa and am licensed by the Israeli Ministry of Health.
I have extensive experience working in both public and private settings, including child development units within Maccabi and Meuhedet healthcare services, as well as private clinical practice.
In my private clinic, there is an option to receive reimbursement from all Israeli health funds.
My work involves close collaboration with children, their families, and educational teams, with a broad view of the child within their daily environments.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in building a trusting relationship, creating a sense of safety, and developing a deep understanding of each child’s individual world. I view each child as a whole person, with unique strengths, challenges, and personal pace, and aim to create a positive and meaningful therapeutic process that supports functional growth and everyday participation.
I work with children experiencing functional challenges and developmental delays, including ADHD, sensory processing difficulties (SPD), children on the autism spectrum, and children with Down syndrome.
In my practice, I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches and tools, including DIR principles, POET, COGFUN, sensory regulation strategies, and school readiness.
